Planning & Set Up Phase

Pricing, Man-hours and Material Ordering
In this step, we price out tile, style, and grout, as well as calculate the square footage and timespan to repair or install your tile flooring. With a budget in mind before we start, you get the ultimate control over your project and can bring us on or off any space as we go. Some floors just need a couple of tiles replaced others ought to start from the bottom layer up. All this is considered and discussed in complete detail before we dig in.
Deposits and Material Scheduling
The purchase and delivery scheduling of titles, grout, and fixative are all handled in this first step of construction.
Installation & Walk Through Phase
Set Up and Demolition
If your floor is going down to cement or plywood, we address that here in this essential early phase. Clearing your furniture and prepare the workspace are all handled with care and consideration. If we’re tearing out a large arrange, then the cleanup and hauling of the debris are all considered apart of the set up steps.
Installation or Repairs
Here we dig in and clear out the few tiles we’re replacing or clean and prepare the entire floor span in the spec for its installation. The careful laying and spacing of tile, as well as leveling and cutting are in this down and dirty part of the process. Grout color, cleanup and curing are the final steps once we know the space is ready to grout.
Cleanup and Walkthrough
Once we know the materials have cured to perfection, we get down to business cleaning and preparing the space to meet your approval. Any final remainders and final walk throughs can now happen at this last step in the process.
